We are very pleased with the service we received from Mark following a major problem occurring with our PC. Mark quickly identified the issue and offered suggestions on how to proceed. In view of the age of the PC and the severity of the problem, it was concluded that a new PC was the best option.Mark gave suggestions for which PC would suit our needs and a new PC was purchased. I am now 80yrs old and ashamed to say I was not aware of his review page. Called on Marks service as my computer had resorted to factory settings amongst other problems. Mark turned up on time and spent the best part of four hours solving the numerous problems I had. Nothing was too much trouble, he explained everything he was doing as he went along. He had to return the following day as battery inside the computer holding the date & time was running out of juice. Again this was attended to and at the same time he installed further updates which allowed easier access to numerous other programmes. I found Mark to be very helpful and his work was without question the best I've had with regards to any work I have ever had done before. I thoroughly would recommend Mark and his services without question, his work was excellent, and he showed a great depth of computer knowledge, leaving me a very happy customer. If I ever need to call on his services again would do so with no hesitation.
